  • 3/4 cup (177 ml) of Chili Pepper Seeds
  • 5 tbsp. (75 ml) of Cardamom Seeds
  • 3.5 tbsp. (52.5 ml) of Caraway Seeds
  • 2.5 tsp. (12.5 ml / 10g) of Salt

Instructions

  1. Get your chili pepper seeds and wash them in cold water, and dry them.
  2. When the seeds are completely dry, mix them with the Cardamom seeds, Caraway Seeds, and salt.
  3. Use a suitable grinder to grind the mixture, then sieve the mix for consistency.
  4. Finally, get a clean spice bottle to place your Afrenje spice blend to store for long term use.
