It is well recognized that the simple ingredients in the beverage Telba are good for general health.   • 1 cup of Telba (flaxseeds)
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp of honey

  1. Start by heating a cast-iron skillet at low temperature, add the Telba seeds, dry roast them while stirring for about 10 min. Then remove the skillet from heat and let it cool off.
  2. Once it’s cooled off, transfer into a grinder and grind the Telba seeds to a powder, then sift the powder into a mixing bowl.
  3. Then add water to the Telba powder, mix together, and let it sit for about 20 min. until the solids settle out.
  4. Finally, strain the Telba into your prefered container, discard the solids, add honey to the Telba, and keep in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
